Adam Douglass has been playing professionally for nearly 15 years, and his various projects have taken him all over the Eastern Seaboard. He has played in various groups ranging from funk to jam bands, brazillian pop, rock, straight-ahead jazz, and fusion; both as a leader and a sideman. Adam has opened for bands such as Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, The Ohio Players; Medeski, Martin, and Wood; and the Slip at various clubs and festivals. He has recorded two CD's of his original compostions and actively gigs with the Adam Douglass Trio, as well as freelancing with some of Boston's best bands including Big Rhythm Wine, Bald Walter, Booty Vortex, and The Chickenslacks.
